I shoot two kinds of black and white. I used Ilford C-41 b&w at the outset and then moved to professional b&w, including favorites such as Ilford FP4 and Kodak THX. I prefer 100 speed, though I have shot film as high as 3200. I have used all of my cameras—Pentax, Minolta, Canon, and Ansco—to shoot it. Each camera and each film has a flavor.
